Below is our five-step process. Steps 1-3 are billed as individual projects. Steps 4-5 (holistic grant writing and assessment) are billed on a retainer basis, with the exception of federal and state grants.

A few things you won’t get:

  • A story of how many dollars we have raised. No one factor, not even your awesome grant writer, affects the result of an application.

  • Copy and paste or AI-generated submissions. Sure, we use these tools, but all applications sound human and are written to speak directly to the unique donor.

  • One-and-done grants. We only provide retainer services.

  • Just a grant writer. If you want someone to “just write” at a meager pay rate, we are not your people. We simply don’t believe that gets you the most bang for your buck.
